Baru baru ini Patique ader membeli sebuah kenderaan baru..Dan seperti biasa kenderaan baru ini..perlulah menunggu and I awared about it..Setelah 10 hari menunggu…Maka Salesman telah menelefon Patique yang kenderaan yang Patique ingini itu telah tiba…ia berlaku pada hari rabu yang lepas…
Maka ketika agreement signing…Patique pun memberitahu jika ikut pengiraan Patique yang kenderaan Patique boleh keluar pada hari Jumaat. Salesman menyatakan jika tiada masalah hari Jumaat boleh keluar..kalau tak pada hari Ahad nanti Patique akan mendapat kenderaan Patique. Maka hari Jumaat lepas Patique pun menelefon Salesman tersebut dan kata nya runner dia belum pulang…and around 5.00 pm he told me that the runner not be able to get the document…and I don’t know what kind of document that need to be settled.
This morning around 10.00 am I called the Salesman to reconfirm whether I’ll be able to get my car at 12.00 noon . He told that his runner just went to JPJ this morning to get the document…I wonder what did his runner do last Friday…Susah sangat ker nak dapat nombor kenderaan kat JPJ tu…bukankah everything is online nowadays. I don’t know the one he mean runner..is really running or walking. It is better he call him his walker…kalau nak ikutkan cara kerja yang slooowwwwww.
Why did I call him slow…Last year I bought a new car also not a local brand…and still had to wait for 7 days. Then on the 11.00 am the Salesman called me and inform that the car had arrive and his runner is going to JPJ to get the number. So I told him that I need the car that evening at 7.00 pm . Even he was not sure that his runner will be able to arrive before that…but he’s done his best…by calling the runner to get the number..prepared the number plate ..and wallah!!!…at 7.00 pm I obtained my new car…and I’ll be able to surprise my sweetheart at home.
But this time is tollay different..the runner is so sloooowwwww…the Salesman does not have creativity to prepared the car earlier…everything have to be waited…When I asked whether it possible to get by noon …he just told me …depend to his runner…just want to scream....the runner is working for you…and you’re the Boss..and make a customer happy is a part of the job…So why don’t you pick the damn telephone and make a call …pushing him to be faster and creative how to settle the document ealier. I just wondering how easy they work…everything will be someone fault and never be your fault…kalau macam nie..payahlah…If your runner is the KING of ANAKONDA …..the customer have to wait days just to get their car..because the Saleman does not monitoring and does not have proper plan when the car can be delivered.
Anyway…this is my 2nd time buying the same brand car and received suck service…Even it from different branch. Cuma this time slightly better than last time.
So macamanalah nak maju….kalau terus terusan macam nie….
