Washing Machine

Aaargghhhhh !!!!

My washing machine rosak lagi….baru jer pakai 4 tahun lebih dah rosak pulak….waktu bebaru beli hari tu dalam 6 bulan dia punya holding bar spring..rosak ..bila drum dia berputar akan kena kat dinding washing machine tu….then Patique tukar la..sendiri..pergi beli barang kat customer service and support dia kat Kelana Jaya.  Then semalam pepagi…rosak pulak lagi…but kali nie..air masuk ..time nak wash keluar pulak error message dE kat monitor control panel tu….Patique telefon lah..customer service and support … Operator tu beritahu yang dE means Door Error….. Puas la..Patique mengodek & mengetuk door washing machine tu…but nothing happened. Lastly switched off the plug and waited for 5 mins….still nothing happened the error still appeared.  My last solution called back customer service and support and they will send the technician today…

I thought the technician is free but the charge is RM75 not including spare part….Adooiiii..berapa yang Patique nak kena bayar nie…..kekadang tak faham..kediaman Patique bukannya jauh mana dari pusat service tu just around 15 mins…still kena charge RM75 …then I’m not using that washing machine macam laundry center pun..still panel dia rosak…Before I had this brand ..I used washine machine from the same country ..itu pun baru 3 tahun ++ ..panel dia dah rosak gak….and the panel is not cheap…..the price is same with buying a brand new semi auto washing machine..even sometimes semi auto washing machine cap Ayam is cheaper.  I’m quite sure this washing machine cap ayam also be able to be utilize around 5 years. After this kalau washing machine yang ader nie tak boleh diselamatkan ..Patique ingat ….Patique akan beli satu Automatic Washing Machine cap ayam…..rasa rasanya samanya boleh pakai untuk 5 tahun kot…

***** harap harap Technician hari nie..boleh baiki mesin basuh Patique tanpa perlu tukar panel baru… ***********
