Sehari di Gym….

Semalam hari kedua Patique menerima complimentary training dari Trainer di gym Patique…Tetapi biasalah complimentary training nie…selalunya Trainer tak push sangat para trainee yang borois and genduts melakukan extreme exercise…..tetapi tak push pun..I had muscle ache all over my body….Adeeeiiiiiiii….sakit woooo!!!! ….. Kira nak angkat tangat sakit …nak jalan pun sakit….Al maklumla…dah lama badan Patique yang gemuk sedap nie tidak bekerja…hehehehehe..

Anyway…he taught me a lot of things…..whole body exercise …starting from lower body then upper body…how many rep and set needed for each muscle exercise….If I done it right ..I might see the result within a month….bukan nyer having brawny muscle…cam gorilla tu…Cuma loss weight and muscle tonning kira body shaping la…..

Harap harap la…kali nie benar benar menjadi…my target within six months…so I’ll look great….Maknanyer from Gemuk sedap ( Chubbilicious ) ke Muscle sedap ( Musclelicious ) ….. Berangan lagi…huhuhuhu…yang penting I have dream…and try to make it happen….Sbab one of my target is to look younger and fit when I reach 40….because life start at 40 right….

So I tak nak la jadi cam my colleague kat sini … bila dah masuk 40 nampak cam dah tua sesangat…huhuhuhu…Jadi pun belum lagi ..Patique dah meriak…hahahahah
