Sejak kebelakangan ini…Patique selalu poning bila menghadiri meeting…especially meeting production….kenapa yer????  Bukan apa Pembesar Berdarah Maharaja (PBM) semenjak dua menjak nie seperti terlalu banyak vocabulary yang perlu dikatakan….sehinggakan kekadang Patique terasa berpinor pinor..mendengarnya….ialah PBM asyik nagging around and it creat uncomfortable environment…..Bukan tak boleh berleter..kekadang betul apa ynag dileterkannya itu…..tetapi jika selalu selalu sangat ditakuti nanti … people don’t want to listen anymore what ever you say…even the matter is absolutely correct . At that time it not worth it anymore to teach them..because they already built the wall to reject in their mind.  If  they already had a bad feeling about us the task won’t go smoothly as we expected. They will perform their task but there is no sincerity in it and done it half hearted. 

I know even PBM also is under pressure at this time…with the part is unconsistant the overhead is high and sales is low …. All this need to be answered to the Baginda…. I know Baginda also will nagging around .. why this and why that??? From my point of view Baginda also want to release his anger without actual point to others…But PBM shall not follow how Baginda act…. Just from my point of view  ..I saw like PBM is going just like Baginda…

Why don’t starting different kind of approachment…just to make them happy to perform their task…like listen to what they want to say .. then if disagree come out with proper rejection such as advice , what is our aim or better method to increase the production.

Doesn’t have to spoon feed them….ask a question to make them think…with a polite tone…doesn’t have to speak in stress tone…

Why I’m talking about this..because I’m your assistant and friend …Just don’t want you to be hatred by them…. They are our asset ..If we lost them…we have to built up another team….Just polish them to better with love..because people will know if we are really teach them with love or with anger.

What ever it is…this is just my point of view .. and everything is up to PBM himself…because he might have his own point of view or opinion.
